We will only accept items that are unopened. In order to return or exchange an item please email with a picture of the item in it's orginal packing. From there we will reach out with return instructions. 


Shipments take a bit longer becuase there is a 1-2 business day delay for proccessing the order with our manufacturing partners and then anouth 2-7 days for shipping depending on the shipping option you select at check out. 


If an item is out of stock for a specific size or colorway we may not be able to get it back in stock right away as supply is managed by our partner manufacturer. Usually as more of the size/color become availible our listings will automatically update. So please check the store frequently.
